1. Silent Retreat March 10-12th, Allow yourself time to just be in the silence. Enjoy. a massage, sauna, good food and sound healing. There's time for spiritual direction and a fire ceremony to release and open to all that is new.
2. Rejuvenation Retreat April 14-16th, Come rest, relax and enjoy a Thai body massage, sauna and time to be.
3. Reset Through Ritual in Nature June 27th-29. We will be immersed in nature as we create a despacho (intention), Thai teaching, Peruvian teaching and traditional lands teaching, You'll have a Thai body massage, time in the sauna, and be awakened by the singing bowls. Peace and ceremony abound!
4. Silent Retreat Oct 27-29th

A new community is born. Designedl support growth and nurture those on a spiritual journey. I am very excited about all of the possibilities the universe has to offer for this new community. We will be honoring the elements, moon and seasonal cycles along with other celebrations as an inter-spiritual community.
