Meditation Class
This class is open to all skill levels. This is a guided imagery meditation and we begin with simple breathing. This is a time to quiet your mind for one hour each week.
Class begins promptly at 8:00 pm almost every Thursday evening. Please check the Event Calendar page for details and changes.

Awakening the Senses
Through a series of exercises and healing techniques you will heighten the awareness of your senses, and earn how your guides communicate with you.
Chakra Class
Through a series of meditations and healing techniques, you will learn how work with the elements, flower essences, totem animals, stones and more to balance the chakra system. Creating more balance in your life.
Intuition Class
Understand yourself by learning how to trust your intuition. You'll learn healing techniques and other skills to understand how your guides communicate with you through meditation, dreams and that gut feeling.
Empowerment Class
Use your talents and gifts to change the world around you. Follow your higher calling by sharing your gifts with others and find your inner strength.
Your Light in the Darkness Class
Deepen your connection to your higher purpose and trusting your faith. Through a series of techniques you'll step into the strength of who you are.
Transformation Class
Bring together the knowledge of the other classes. Call to your high destiny.
Healing Techniques Class
Learn different types of hands-on healing modalities and the use of many tools to support you.
The Medicine Wheel Class
Learn the journey around the wheel and a healing technique that will ground and balance you.
