Meditation Class
This class is open to all skill levels. This is a guided imagery meditation and we begin with simple breathing. This is a time to quiet your mind for 40-50 minutes each week.

The classes below are designed as part of a certification and ordination program for aspiring Healing Touch practitioners. They are also perfect for anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual growth, expand their awareness, and connect more fully with their intuitive gifts in a supportive and nurturing environment. You can begin with any class except the healer practicums.
Healing Techniques Class
In this class, you’ll explore a variety of hands-on healing modalities and learn to use supportive tools that enhance your practice and personal well-being. Through guided practice and discussion, you’ll gain confidence in applying techniques that promote balance, relaxation, and energetic awareness.

Prism of Light Class
Integrate the wisdom of previous classes and connect with your highest calling. Using the Sacred Lotus Activation Prism of Light technique, you’ll gently deepen your healing journey and step into your true potential.

This foundational class supports all other trainings and introduces the Sacred Lotus Activation. Through guided exercises and hands-on healing, you’ll awaken and refine your senses, deepen your energetic awareness, and learn how your guides communicate with you.

Connect more deeply with your higher purpose and trust in your faith. Through gentle guidance and empowering practices, you’ll awaken your inner strength and let your light shine, even in life’s darker moments.

In this class, you’ll explore the sacred journey of the Medicine Wheel and learn a healing practice that supports grounding, balance, and connection to the rhythms of life..
